MediaSolve Group Website Privacy Policy

Effective date: November 2, 2026

MediaSolve Group (“MediaSolve,” “we,” “us”) is a B2B marketing agency. This policy explains what personal information we collect through mediasolvegroup.com and in the course of working with clients and prospective clients, how we use it, and the choices you have.

This policy covers our website and our own business contacts. It does not cover information we handle on behalf of our clients as part of a project. That information is governed by our agreement with the client and the client’s own privacy policy (see “Information we handle for clients” below).

If you have questions about this policy, contact us using the form on our website or call us at (781) 806-0060.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use the contact form on our site, we collect your name, company, email address, location (city, state, and country), and the description you write about your marketing needs. If you call or email us, or talk with us about a project, we collect what you choose to share, such as your phone number, job title, and the details of your request.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our site, our hosting provider and the tools we use may automatically record technical details such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, the page that referred you, and the date and time of your visit.

Information from other sources. We may receive business contact details from referrals, events, professional networking sites such as LinkedIn, or publicly available sources.

We do not ask for, and ask that you do not send us, sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or health information through our website.

How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to your questions and requests
  • Provide our services to clients and manage our client relationships
  • Send occasional business updates or marketing emails, which you can opt out of at any time
  • Understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it
  • Keep our site and systems secure and prevent misuse
  • Meet our legal, accounting, and contractual obligations

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on the following legal bases: our legitimate interest in running and promoting our business and understanding how our site is used, your consent where the law requires it (for example, for marketing emails), steps needed to enter into or perform a contract with you, and compliance with legal obligations.

Cookies and analytics

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. Our site uses:

  • Essential cookies needed for the site to work and stay secure
  • Analytics cookies from Google Analytics 4, which help us understand how visitors find and use the site. Google Analytics collects information such as pages viewed, time on site, approximate location based on IP address, and device and browser type. It does not give us your name or email address. Google handles this information under its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).

We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and we do not use Google Analytics for advertising.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect how the site works.

Do Not Track. Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no common standard for responding to these signals, so our site does not currently respond to them.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We share personal information only as needed with:

  • Service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting, email, file storage, project management, and analytics providers. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
  • Freelancers and contractors working with us on a project, who are bound by written confidentiality obligations
  • Professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants
  • Authorities or others when required by law, or when needed to protect our rights, our clients, or the safety of others
  • A buyer or successor if our business is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information

Information we handle for clients

When we work on a project, our clients sometimes give us access to information that includes personal information, such as contact details of their staff. In those cases we act on the client’s behalf and follow their instructions and our contract with them. We use that information only to deliver the work, keep it confidential, and return or delete it when the work ends or the client asks.

If you have a question about information a client shared with us, please contact that client directly. We will help them respond.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, or as long as the law requires. For example:

  • Contact form submissions and inquiries that don’t lead to a project: 2 years from our last contact with you
  • Client and business contact records: for as long as we work together, plus 3 years
  • Website analytics data: 14 months, after which Google Analytics deletes it automatically

When we no longer need information, we delete it or make it anonymous.

How we protect information

We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information, including multi-factor authentication on our business accounts, access limited to the people who need it, and encrypted cloud services. No method of storing or sending information online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Where information is stored

MediaSolve Group is based in the United States, and our service providers store information in the United States. If you visit our site or contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your choices and rights

Marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email or by contacting us.

Your privacy rights. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have about you and get a copy of it
  • Correct information that is wrong
  • Ask us to delete your information
  • Object to or limit how we use your information, or withdraw consent you gave us
  • Opt out of the sale of your information or its use for targeted advertising (we do neither)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

How to make a request. Contact us using the form on our website or call us at (781) 806-0060, and tell us what you are asking for. We may need to confirm your identity before we act on your request. You may also have an authorized agent make a request for you. We will respond within the time the law requires, usually within 30 to 45 days. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.

Children

Our site and services are meant for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our site may link to other websites, such as social media pages or client sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please review their privacy policies.
